Returns Policy

Based on the typical returns policy of digital content, the ebooks downloaded once are non-returnable and non-refundable. In event of any issue arising in the delivery or consumption of ebooks, please contact us for assistance. Our print book and complementary items:
If you discover print flaws in our book or complementary item (Strata-Map/ Magnetic Strata-map/Strata-Kit) , please first contact us by email. Following our replay, you might be asked to send the product back in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of shipment along with a copy of your invoice. Upon receiving it, we will credit your account and post the credit to your relevant account. We will not automatically refund return postage costs on receipt of the item unless the item has print flaws.
J.A Affordable luxury products:
If you order one of our other brands, which appears under the chief category of “ J.A Affordable Luxuries” brands, such as the “Cigar-Ride” and the ”Red Stallion”, please, first contact us by email. Following our answer, you might be asked to send the product back in its original condition and package within 21 days of receipt of shipment along with a copy of your invoice and complaint. Upon receiving it, we will credit your account and post the credit to your relevant account. We will not automatically refund return postage costs on receipt of the item unless the item has an obvious production fault.
Third-party Return and Delivery Policy:
Any product that appears in our shop under the chief categories of “recommended book” or “recommended product” would be considered a third party’s product. Most sellers hold similar delivery and return policies. Nonetheless, some seller delivery and return policies are different. Please view the policies of the seller before you purchase an item. When you order from a third-party seller that is recommended by us and ships its own products, your return must be sent directly to the seller.
