G-POST Online sales tactic – Wrap it up – product delivery and packaging
Companies should pay attention to two essential elements: product delivery and packaging. First, pack the product in a befitting manner, distinguished as far as possible from the manner you bag your rubbish at home. Use a strong box that would survive the tear and wear of the way, preferably a box that carries your own logo to reflect a bit of your power. Adding a small gift, a sample, or a coupon in the box would be lovely.
Lately, I bought wine online and was surprised to get two wine glasses and a fancy paper bag, just in case I would like to give it as a present. The fact that I got something beyond my expectation warmed my heart, and I intend to buy from this winery four cases for the coming holiday.
As you previously mentioned, giving something cheap to you but dear to your customer would be a neat way to stand out from your competitors. Breaking out from the herd in favour of your customers is always blessed. Last, make sure that you constantly improve the delivery time by streamlining the procedures and delivery means. Do make sure all tactics and means in use would create synergy with your G-POST. Or else you might jeopardise it all. For more information, visit Jon Ane, The Rosetta Stone of Strategy.
