G-POST Online sales tactic – The Turtle Doves – customers loyalty
Encouraging customers to continue buying from your shop, time and again, involves true relationship and most devoted care, tied with commitment. Like any love story, if you fancy unswerving loyalty, it must involve a lot of mutual care, compliments, grooming and treats. In my opinion, it is the right way to look at this relationship. However, with one little difference, instead of formalising this love with a gold ring, we use a gold loyalty card. A good loyalty program must be applied behind this card, or else your company will be frequently double-crossed.
Furthermore, we all wish that our customers will be loyal to our businesses, but as in any relationship, that should be based on mutual trust. And so, a very important element is not to trade your customers’ personal information with no one. Keep their privacy and avoid the little words hidden in the canopy of your “Terms of Use”.
Nevertheless, if you want to do so, announce it loud and clear, and prepare yourself for offering a substantial number of giveaways, as no one does anything for nothing. And if you do so without asking, be ready to face an infuriated public that might never forgive you and would do anything to grind you to dust over the pages of your very own history. Do make sure all tactics and means in use would create synergy with your G-POST. Or else you might jeopardise it all. For more information, visit Jon Ane, The Rosetta Stone of Strategy.

G-POST STRATEGY TOOL – strategy – ‘Doing nothing will never be a strategy! It is the black hole of strategy, the opposite of its essence, the opposite polar, let alone the fact that it is part of the tactic family.’ Jon Ane, The Rosetta Stone of Strategy.
