The G-POST Objectives Achievement Dashboard (OAD) is an impact monitoring tool meant to follow up the G-POST’s strategy execution.

It consists of clear infographics that show the trends of the data’s indicators and the accomplishment level of the strategic objectives. It is recommended to appoint an OAD monitoring officer.

The Monitoring Officer (MO) will receive the feeds from the departments at least every month. The M.O. will control the progress reports, allowing the CEO to ensure that all the company’s arms are working together at full throttle to fulfil the company’s strategy. The report will mainly focus on the following points:

  1. Execution is standing in the time and budget frame.
  2. Actions have been fully executed.
  3. Cooperation between the departments is at its most, including the provision of mutual resources amongst them.
  4. Reporting difficulties and problems that might affect the plans.
  5. Reporting changes in the business environment that could affect the plans.

The progress of achieving the objectives should be reported and followed up by each Block-Boss and will be followed up tightly by the top management cabinet with the company’s V.P. and the CEO.
