What is the best definition of Minimum viable product-MVP?

By Jon Ane

A minimum viable product (MVP) is an early-launched product version that seeks Product-Market fit by offering the minimum needed benefits and features to promise the satisfying function of the product. The MVP will be first released into the hands of early users following your Go-to-market (GTM) Strategic G-POST Paths in a bid to learn better about the level of compatibility between the product and the market segment.

Following the G-POST STRATEGY, the decision is strategic, as in the later stages of the product life cycle, you can upscale the product’s value with additional benefits and features and improve your competitive position. However, if you give the market all you have got from the beginning, you might find yourself in a fight with no ammunition. Moreover, you may lose your opportunity to increase revenue by selling product upgrades.

Do make sure all tactics and means in use would create synergy with your G-POST. Or else you might jeopardise it all. For more information, visit Jon Ane, The Rosetta Stone of Strategy.

G-POST STRATEGY TOOL – strategy – Put your workers on the same page!
“Think of your company as a caterpillar, with each one of its legs representing a worker or a manager. Now think that each one of its legs is pushing in a different direction. Well, needless to say, that a lot of energy and money will be wasted.”
