Public Relations is a marketing means that supplies “neutral” information to customers to promote the company’s reputation or products. This information should be delivered by a third party―a writer, a media host, or an expert, through different media types. Both the media means and the third party must be considered neutral by the targeted market. That includes newspaper, magazine articles, T.V. programs, radio shows, forums, and social networks where a customer or an expert who talks about the product. Other means of P.R. include parties, presentations, charitable contributions, speeches, congresses, sponsorship of public events, independent surveys, and more. Do make sure all tactics and means in use would create synergy with your G-POST. Or else you might jeopardise it all. For more information, visit Jon Ane, The Rosetta Stone of Strategy.
