Those quality dimensions include elements such as:
- Functionality—how well the product fulfils its functions and the number of functions.
- Reliability—will it punctually deliver its functions at the customer’s will?
- Suitability—how well it fits a range of customers’ needs.
- Supportability—after-sales support. Is there any serious “parent”—a trusted company behind the product in times of need?
- Visual—product appearance.
- Positioning.
- Cost-benefits dimension—estimation of the benefits that come from the product and its overall costs.
- Durability.
Those quality dimensions affect the product lifespan directly. For example – Supportability, if the manufacturer of my Triumph car or its representative terminates its client support, I will not have replacement parts, which would be the end of this product. Do make sure all tactics and means in use would create synergy with your G-POST. Or else you might jeopardise it all. For more information, visit Jon Ane, The Rosetta Stone of Strategy.
